Inmates Services provides invaluable support through the ISDTA (Inmates Services Defense Team Assistant) with the Limited Power of Attorney. The ISDTA collaborates with clients to identify and exhaust all possible avenues for legal relief to enhance their current legal situation. Whether the focus is on securing a compassionate release, addressing claims of ineffective assistance of counsel, or pursuing more aggressive legal strategies, the goal is to champion relief efforts wherever feasible.
There are indeed instances where a client may be guilty and justly deserves the conviction. However, we often encounter cases where a lengthy sentence of 50 years may be imposed instead of a fair 10 or 25 years. In such circumstances, our expertise shines as we strive to achieve 'fair' and 'just' sentences, ensuring that the interest of justice prevails.
Additionally, we are acutely aware that innocent individuals can be wrongfully convicted. If you are one of them, we are here to help! We firmly believe that there are innocent people serving time in prison, and we are committed to supporting them.
It is important to note that we meticulously review each case before deciding to take it on. We are not in pursuit of a high volume of cases for profitability; rather, we are selective and aim to accept only those cases where we are confident that we can win and create a meaningful impact, potentially inspiring reform within the Criminal Justice System.
For every case, we will augment the team with an attorney and ensure we have a Limited Power of Attorney specifically aimed at championing relief efforts. We will only take a limited number of cases on a first-come, first-serve basis, contingent on Inmates Services' approval. We aspire for a 100% success rate, recognizing that while unlikely, aiming high is essential.
There is a $750 upfront fee, with a $150 review case fee that, although it does not fully meet our efforts, helps us filter applicants. Should we choose not to take the case, we will refund $600, or you may opt to donate that amount to our efforts.
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee in case we fail to fulfill our commitments. Upon achieving a successful outcome, a fee of $3,500 will be discussed during the initial intake. Additionally, there is a $1,000 fee for each year that the sentence is reduced.
If you secure a new trial, we will provide 5 hours of ISDTA services for your upcoming legal challenges.
Please keep in mind that if we determine civil remedies are the appropriate course of action, clients will be responsible for additional costs, such as court fees. When rights are violated and wrongdoing occurs, it may be time to transition from being a defendant to becoming a plaintiff.
