Inmates Services as the ISDTA (Inmates Services Defense Team Assistant) with the Limited Power of Attorney. ISDTA will work with client to identify and exhaust all options to improve clients current legal condition; finding relief wherever it exists with the possible request from client being to "Champion Relief Efforts; this may be "Ineffective Assistance of Counsel" or "Compassionate Release", or much more interesting and aggressive measures when appropriate. 

There are times that the client is guilty and deserves the conviction and time, also, gets 50 years rather than 25 or even 10. It is very likely, that this is going to be where we shine - finding and getting "Fair" & "Just" Sentences, where it seems "In the Interest of Justice" was not met.

There are other cases where innocent people have been unjustly convicted... if you are innocent, we want to help!!! We KNOW that there are innocent people in prison.

We will not just take and accept all cases; we need to review the case and situation prior to acceptance of the work. We are no looking for a lot of cases to try to be profitable. We ONLY looking to take cases when we feel we are going to win a reward worth the time and worth broadcasting to the Criminal Justice System to assist in inspiring a Criminal Justice System Reform or Reconstruction.

In all cases, we will look at add an attorney to the team and on the case. We will always need to have a Limited Power of Attorney specifically to "Champion Relief Efforts" and we are only taking a limited number of cases with First Come - First Serve with meeting the requirement of Inmates Services approving and accepting the case based on a belief that relief will be forthcoming. We want a 100% success rate, we know that's unlikely, but let's shoot for the stars and see what we hit.

$750 Up Front with $150 as the Review Case fee - Which really doesn't cover our time or efforts, but it does weed out applicant's.

There is a $1,000 fee per year that the sentence is reduced.

In the event, that you successfully win a new trial, then we include 5 hours of ISDTA service in the upcoming battle.

Please note: That in the scenario; where we identify Civil Remedies as the correct path, then the Client must pay additional fees like Court Costs. Often times, when your Rights are violated and others are in the wrong, then it is time to stop being the defendant and start being the plaintiff.
