Inmates Services wants to be the Gold Standard for How Non- Profits and Governments should handle and do their accounting from the TRANSPARENCY AND DISCLOSURE perspective.

Inmates Services wants to hire a tenured substantial accounting firm; to not only handle all of the accounting, but to also be the proper third party; to handle all monies coming in and out, with a posted description of how all funds are to be handled. May everything be public and recorded.

Then Inmates Services wants EVERY PENNY IN & EVERY PENNY OUT to be completely identified, labeled, and described; to the point that any 5th grader with average or better grades is able to understand it clearly. This would actually have a tab within in it; that will have a ledger with each item on it; that then continues with drop downs, to make all information available. Let there not be any penny or entity not be disclosed, starting with the Founder and Ownership; which publicly states that: this is to be a TRUE NON PROFIT not only in title; in ACTUALITY; from the financial aspect; while Ownership will govern and manage Inmates Services in it's entirety in a more corporate fashion; for this entity is not to be burdened or impaired by bureaucracy.

This would actually set an example of how Transparency and Disclosure may be done in an Open Source format for other entities to be able to learn from and use as the GO TO Best Practices. In fact, we are committed to outlining exactly how we do every aspect and who we use for each area.

Let it be known that we are looking for an accounting firm, in fact, we are also looking for one of the Big 8 - Now 4 Accounting Firms to Audit us regularly as is suited for what ever size we are at the time. We also need a website design and management company too. This site is a place holder for a much bigger and more interactive site, to include login's.

Ideally, 6 months from now, a Donator would be able to donate on one page, to then be able to see the donation hit the ledger in Real-Time, while another vendor can login to our site; submit its invoice; see it in our Accounts Payable with Status and ETA on the next page in Real-Time. Just like we'd like to be able to see an actual Inmate leave Prison and move into a house or apartment and then go to a real job, which means that person has a TRUE Shot at not committing another crime; Not selling another drug to someone you care about; or stealing a bike out of a garage of a home of someone you know. Let's make our communities safer, by lower crime rates, by increasing our love and assistance to those who really need a CHANCE!
