This is a person that would do anything that you would or could do for yourself if you were free. 

Google searches or ChatGPT queries.  Emails and texts, to credit cards or other accounts. as well as, managing property or Stock Trades.

We bill in 15 minute increments, meaning that we bill you 15minutes, when you use less, We bill you 30 minutes when you use 16 minutes to 30, although at 16 we are likely to just bill the 15, unless you were not pleasant to work with, which brings the point. We have the right to work with whom we choose. We will work with and treat you professionally and with respect and nothing less then the same is acceptable.

Requests would go through your ISR/Account Manager, unless you are a substantial user of $250 a month or more, then you get your own specific and dedicated Concierge. Someone, that used to be behind bars, that is trustworthy, that knows what it is like to be in your situation, is now your Concierge!
