However, he also understands that the public, clients, communities, and government agencies deserve transparency and accountability regarding who is behind this mission and who is willing to answer questions and take responsibility.

 HOW ABOUT YOU?   

The Founder, Paul, was born in 1972 and selling apples in 1978-81 door to door 10 cents an apple or $1 for a dozen; with a red Radio Flyer wagon when not attending kindergarten to 2nd grade. Filing his first official business as a Partnership with Steve Weissman in California in 1986ish during Junior High: Evets Baseball cards. Paul moved away from parents in 7th grade and completed the 10th grade, before dropping out and becoming a fairly successful runway model in San Francisco that stopped after a motorcycle accident that rendered him unable to walk for 4 months, where he then sold magazines door to door at 18. Worked debt collections for 4 years. Moved to Aspen Colorado to be a Concierge at the Ritz Carlton to fall for Bethany Newcomb and move to Boulder Colorado where he worked telecom as a top salesman for Popp Telecom, before building Colorado Public Records on April 22, 1999; that would employ 350+ in 2003, where Paul would be making 7 figures at the age of 30 and having bought his first twin engine airplane Cessna 421 7 seater, penthouse in closest residence to Coors Field where the Colorado Rockies play baseball and a Ski In/Ski Out 3 bedroom, 2 bath place in Breckenridge and so much more. this was built with $8,100 and credit cards with at the age of 26. The founder has never really had any outside help, outside of $25,000 inheritance in 2010 or 2012 that has it's own story to it. 

After losing nearly everything while incarcerated: People, friends, businesses, assets, opportunities, and financial stability, he has experienced firsthand how vulnerable incarcerated individuals become once they enter the Criminal Justice System. Property is lost, legal matters become difficult to manage, communication breaks down, and individuals are after left unable to effectively protect their assets or themselves, their families, and their future.

Years later and after another legal situation that is going to be a high lighted story told on this site and in the courts soon; that results in additional incarceration, he again experienced the same systemic failures and obstacles from inside the system.

Those experiences coupled with his ability and past has ultimately led to the creation of Inmates Services.
