    Detainer Service

Inmates Services Legal Division has Inmates Services Defense Team Assistants (ISDTA) that are then able to assist our clients especially when there is a Limited Power of Attorney in place. This enables us to assist all individuals with any open cases, especially those that are negatively impacted you by having A Detainer Placed against them. This impacts their incarceration in a number of ways:

Detainers add points to the individual Custody Level, meaning that they are at higher level facilities, with more dangerous individuals. Someone may be in a situation, where they should be at a Medium Level Facility, but the points added for the detainer, put them at a High or Maximum Level Facility, or maybe at a Medium, where they would have otherwise been able to enjoy the much better conditions of a Low.

More importantly, an individual is likely unable to go to a Halfway House with a detainer, where they are not even released when their sentence is over, they are held and then turned over to the Detainer, or the jurisdiction (Area) where the detainer was filed, just to sit and then handle that case... It seems to the Founder of IS that the system is rigged. That the government does not want to help or even allow individuals to be able to take care of these matters and that is why Inmates Services is a needed resource, to help clear the past for a healthy future.

We are able to with our Detainer Service, get the ball rolling on you being able to get this detainer and the case attached to it handled. For $250 we get you on the docket with a court date to appear, where we then assist you in getting you counsel assigned to your case, as we are not your attorney, unless you retain an IS attorney, in that case, you'd have a letter of representation for clarification. In some cases, as many as possible, we might be able to assist you in making an offer to Plea out your case. Let's just get the matter handled and out of the way, rather than looming over your head . . . preventing and obstructing a healthy law abiding life, that you could have. The reverse, comes from we make it to Government, instead of the other way around. EZ is taken from the IRS's 1040EZ. Let's keep it EZ and get it done...
