Many everyday tasks become extremely difficult when someone is incarcerated. Limited communication, restricted internet access, and institutional barriers can make even simple requests hard to manage.
Inmates Services Concierge Support provides administrative and logistical assistance for incarcerated individuals and their families. We help coordinate tasks, conduct research, manage requests, and handle outside responsibilities that cannot easily be completed from within a correctional facility.
Our goal is simple: provide reliable support where the system leaves gaps.

Concierge support may include assistance with tasks such as:
•Researching information or educational resources
•Locating books, publications, or materials
•Coordinating communication with outside resources
•Managing certain accounts or administrative matters
•Purchasing permitted items on behalf of an inmate
•Assisting with paperwork or document organization
•Helping families coordinate support for their incarcerated loved one

All services are provided only when they are legal, ethical, and permitted under facility regulations.

Family members and friends often carry a heavy burden while supporting someone who is incarcerated.

Our concierge services can also assist families who need help navigating systems, organizing requests, or handling tasks on behalf of their loved ones.

Sometimes the most valuable help is simply having someone experienced who understands the process.

Concierge services are billed in 15-minute increments based on the time required to complete the request.
